Share and Download Help
The Share and Download application will allow you to share and/or download images for personal use.
Image Light Box
The image light box allows the user to select the images that they would like to share or download. Single click each image that is to be shared or downloaded. Once selected, the image will be displayed with a yellow outline. To deselect an image single click the image again. All selected images will be included in the share or download operation.
Share
- The share panel allows the user to share selected images or the project gallery link with their colleagues. The user will select the desired images as described in the Image Light Box then complete the Share form and the system will send the selected images or project link to the supplied email addresses.
- Email Address(es) - Enter email address(es) separated by a comma (",")
- Message - Enter an optional text message for the receiver
- Your Email Address - Users email address if a share receipt is required. Only one email address may be entered into this control.
- To share the entire project without sending images complete the Share form without selecting any images in the Image Light Box
Download
The download control allows the user to download selected images to their local computer. At least one image must be selected to download.
To close the Share and Download panel select the Close button or the X in the upper right corner.
